Baked Mushroom Tart

Aromatic mushroom tart filling that is made with Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chunky Tomato Sauce with crispy tart bowl.

300 g White Mushrooms, Sliced  
20 g Garlic, minced   
30 g Extra virgin olive oil
75 g Grated Mozzarella cheese
8 Frozen tart (empty)
125 g Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chunky Tomato Sauce
5 g Basil leaves, shredded
10 g Salt & Pepper to taste
10 g Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

For the Chicken

  1. Heat 20 g quantity of the olive oil in a pan, add garlic, sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes till it dried up.
  2. Add 75 g Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chunky Tomato Sauce to the mushrooms and cook the mix is dry. Season with salt and pepper. Cool the mix.
  3. Add grated mozzarella cheese to the sautéed mushroom, mix well and keep side.
  4. Fill the empty tart with the mushroom mix (30 g each) and bake in a pre-heated the oven at 190°C for 8 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, prepare a thick Sauce Napoli using 50 g of Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chunky Tomato Sauce along with 10g olive oil, garlic and basil leaves. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Remove the baked tarts from the mold, garnish with some sauce on the top and sprinkle parmesan cheese & serve.
