Chill The Product To Be Breaded At 3 – 4 Degrees Centigrade. If Frozen Products – Rinse Under Running Water To Crack The Surface Ice For A Short Time To Raise Surface Temperature. For Tempura Products, Apply Chef’s Own™ Seasoned Pre-Dust As Instructed Followed By Chef’s Own™ Tempura Batter Diluted At 1000g With 1.5 Liters Of Chilled Water. Deep Fry At 180 Degrees Centigrade Till Cooked.
