Hot Louisiana Chicken Wings

Crispy fried chicken wings coated in Louisiana hot glaze.  ​

1 lb (approx. 10 pcs) Chicken Wings, Flats and Drumettes
1 cup Custom Culinary® Seasoned Flour​
  Frying Oil
1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Hot Louisiana Flavour Glaze

Preparation

  1. Place the wings into the Custom Culinary® Seasoned Flour and dust of excess flour. 
  2. Cook in a 350°F (177°C) fryer for 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. Place the cooked wings into a bowl with the Custom Culinary® Hot Louisiana Flavour Glaze and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
