Sausages & Shallots Salad with Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

Juicy Sausages combined with baby potatoes, shallots, and arugula leaves with Custom Culinary® Lemon Garlic Herb Seasoning-based vinaigrette.

150 gm Chicken Sausages cut in 2 inch
60 gm Baby Potatoes
50 gm Shallots  
30 gm Arugula leaves
05 gm Parmesan shavings
   For Lemon Garlic Herb Vinaigrette:
30 ml Olive Oil
10 ml Lemon Juice
10 gm Custom Culinary® Lemon Garlic Herb Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Season baby potatoes and shallots with a little oil and half of the seasoning, then roast in a preheated oven at 350 F until done.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in the pan, toss the sausages in it for 1 to 2 minutes, and set aside to cool.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on a platter, add the sausages, shallots, and potato mixture, and drizzle with vinaigrette on top.
  4. Serve garnished with shaved Parmesan shavings.
  5. For vinaigrette: In a bowl, combine Custom Culinary® Lemon Garlic Herb Seasoning with Olive oil and lemon juice and slowly whisk to create a smooth blend.

Replace chicken sausages with Shrimps for a seafood version.
