200 ml	Water
10 gm	Broccoli, Florets
10 gm	Carrot Juliennes
05 gm	Mushroom, Sliced
10 gm	Beans, Diamonds
10 gm	Chinese Cabbage, Sliced
03 gm	Spring Onion Greens, Diced
20 gm	Boiled Noodles
05 gm	Custom Culinary^® Aromat Seasoning
12 gm	Custom Culinary^® Korean BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Blanch the Vegetables and keep them aside.
Heat water in a pan. Add the blanched vegetables and some Custom Culinary^® Aromat Seasoning.
Place boiled noodles in a bowl, top with the prepared soup, and serve hot, garnished with spring onion. Pour in the Custom Culinary^® Korean BBQ Sauce.

Chef Tips

One can add or replace veggies of choice like tofu, beans or even shredded chicken.
