100 gm Fish Mince
30 gm Chicken Mince
10 gm Egg white
05 gm Custom Culinary® Cajun Spice Seasoning
20 gm Custom Culinary® Creative 3P Predust
20 gm Custom Culinary® Creative 3P Batter
50 gm Custom Culinary® Creative Breading
 1 litre Oil for frying
05 gm Custom Culinary® Mexican Chipotle Sauce
100 gm Mayonnaise for Dip

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, blend together the minced fish, chicken mix, egg white, and Custom Culinary® Cajun spice Seasoning into an even mixture.
  2. Divide into even size cakes and keep aside.
  3. Add 30 gm of Chilled water to the Custom Culinary® 3P batter and blend to a smooth mix.
  4. Dip the fish cakes in Custom Culinary®3P Predust, then in the prepared batter, coat them with Custom Culinary® Creative Breading, and deep fry them in pre-heated oil until they turn golden in color.
  5. Serve with Custom Culinary® Mexican Chipotle Sauce. 
  6. Serve Crispy fried Fish cakes

Chef Tips

For a different experience, fish can be replaced with prawns or crab. Serve on a platter garnished with greens and prepared dip.
