Quantity	Ingredients
300 gms	Potato cut for french fries
	For Batter:
100 gms	Chef’s Own^™ Tempura Batter
50 gms	Gram flour
350 gms	Chilled water
	For Sprinkle On:
15 gms	Chef’s Own™ Batata Harra Seasoning
For frying	Frying oil

Preparation

Prepare Potatoes for Fries:

Cut the potatoes, wash in cold running water.
Drain and pat dry.
Drop the potatoes in the tempura and Chef’s Own™ Tempura Batter mix.
Pick the battered potato and drop into the fryer.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer on to a stainless-steel bowl.
Sprinkle generously with Chef’s Own™ Batata Harra Seasoning.
