Crispy Breaded Chicken Wings

Coated in a crispy breading and then prepared with Chef's Own Spicy Breader Concentrate with refined flour. Perfectly paired with Master’s Touch® Hot Sauce for a sizzling finish.

1 kg Jumbo Chicken wings
35 gms Custom Culinary Chef’s Own Hot Chili Marinade
150 gms Chilled water
Breading  
100 gms Custom Culinary Chef’s Own Spicy Breader Concentrate
1 kg All-purpose flour  
   
for serving Custom Culinary Masters Touch® Hot Wing Sauce
for deep frying cooking oil

Preparation

  1. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add Chef’s Own Hot Chili Marinade and water to marinate the wings
  3. Mix well, cover, and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
  4. In a large bowl, combine 1 part Spicy Breader Concentrate with 10 parts flour. Mix thoroughly to create a spicy breading mix.
  5. Remove the marinated wings from the refrigerator.
  6. Dredge each wing in the prepared breading mix, ensuring they are well-coated. Shake off any excess breading.
  7. Heat a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot with cooking oil to 175°C (350°F).
  8. Fry for 8-10 minutes or until the wings are golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked (internal temperature of 75°C/165°F).
  9. Remove the fried wings from the oil and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
  10. Arrange the crispy wings on a serving platter and drizzle or serve with Master’s Touch Hot Sauce on the side.
