Crispy Chicken Wings in BBQ Sauce

Crispy baked chicken wings marinated with Custom Culinary® Chef’s Own Dynamite Seasoning smothered in a Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Smokey BBQ Sauce.

Quantity Ingredients
1,000 gms Chicken Wings separated
50 gms Chef’s Own Dynamite Seasoning
100 gms Water
100 gms Master's Touch® Smokey BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Marinating
  1. Make slurry of the water and Chef’s Own Dynamite Seasoning
  2. In a bowl add the chicken wings & the slurry together and marinate it for 4-5 hours in a chiller.
  3. Shake off excess flour from the wings & drop in fryer. Cook at 165C.
  4. Preheat the oven to 150C and place a rack on a large baking tray.
  5. Bake of 30 minutes. Turning it even 15 minutes till the skin is crispy.

Assembling
  1. Toss the Master's Touch® Smokey BBQ Sauce with the wings
