Crispy Masala Fries

Crispy hand-cut potato fries coated with Custom Culinary® Alfa Chef’s Own Tempura Batter and sprinkled with Custom Culinary® Alfa Chef’s Own Batata Harra Seasoning.

Quantity Ingredients
300 gms Potato cut for french fries  
  For Batter:
100 gms Tempura Batter
50 gms Gram flour
350 gms Chilled water
  For Sprinkle On:
15 gms Chef’s Own™ Batata Harra Seasoning
For frying Frying oil

Preparation

Prepare Potatoes for Fries:
  1. Cut the potatoes, wash in cold running water.
  2. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Drop the potatoes in the tempura and Chef’s Own™ Tempura Batter mix.
  4. Pick the battered potato and drop into the fryer.
  5. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Transfer on to a stainless-steel bowl.
  7. Sprinkle generously with Chef’s Own™ Batata Harra Seasoning.
