Pan Roasted Mediterranean Chicken with Preserved Lime & Labneh

Quantity Ingredients  
  For Chicken Marinade:
600 gms Skinless boneless chicken breast
30 gms Chef's Own™ Lemon Garlic & Herb Seasoning
12 gms Olive Oil
12 gms Water
  Preserved Lemon & Labneh Mix:
10 gms Preserved Lemon
150 gms Fresh Labneh
2 gms Chopped Mint
3 gms Gold Label® Mirepoix Base
100 gms Tabbouleh (to be served on the side)


  1. Pat dry chicken breast with paper towel. Season all over with Lemon Garlic & Herb Seasoning, olive oil, water, and rub all the flavor in.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat until hot. Place chicken fillet and sear for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Flip and sear the other side of each fillet for 2 minutes.
  4. Cook in the chicken in the oven @180c for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Mix in a bowl: labneh, mint, chopped preserved lime, and Mirepoix base.
  6. Serve over the bed of prepared Labneh and Tabbouleh.
