Quantity Ingredients
  Stir Fry Sauce
20 gms Master’s Touch Smokey BBQ Sauce
20 gms Soya Sauce
5 gms Brown Sugar
1 gm Chili Flakes
  For Stir Fry
10 gms Corn Oil
10 gms Garlic
10 gms Onions
250 gms Sliced Sirloin Steak
46 gms Stir Fry Sauce
2 gms Gold Label Beef Base
1 gm Sesame Seed
10 gms Spring Onion
25 gms Bell Pepper

Preparation

FOR STIR FRY SAUCE
  1. Heat the soya sauce and add the sugar then Master’s Touch Smokey BBQ sauce.
  2. Cook until you get the right thickness then add the chili flakes.
  3. Cool & keep aside.

FOR THE STIR FRY
  1. Marinate the sliced sirloin steak with Gold label beef base and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the garlic and onion
  3. Add in the sliced sirloin steak and sauté.
  4. Add in the bell pepper & Spring onion. Add the stir-fried sauce and keep cooking until it’s done
  5. Finally Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds
