Crispy Chicken Bites

Golden Crispy Chicken popcorns made effortlessly using a perfect combination of Custom Culinary® Hot Chilli Marinade and Custom Culinary® Spicy Breader Concentrate.

Ingredients

200 gm Chicken Breast Boneless (small cubes)
30 ml Water  
200 gm Refined Flour
10 gm Custom Culinary® Hot Chilli Marinade
25 gm Custom Culinary® Spicy Breader Concentrate
  Chilled Water (to dip)  
  Oil (For Frying) as required

Preparation

  1. Mix Custom Culinary® Hot Chili Marinade and water together.
  2. Add the Chicken in the marination.
  3. Mix well and rest for minimum of 2 hours in a refrigerator.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Custom Culinary® Spicy Breader Concentrate and Refined Flour.
  5. Coat the marinated chicken in the prepared breader, dip in water, strain excess water and dip again in the breader.
  6. Fry for 3-4 mins at 180 degree Celsius till the chicken in tender and coating is golden and crispy.
