200 gm Mini idlis
05 gm Mustard seeds  
05 gm Green Chilli, Chopped
10 gm Onion, Chopped
10 gm Custom Culinary® Szechuan Seasoning
05 gm Curry leaves
03 gm Asafoetida
10 ml Oil
04 gm Coriander leaves, Chopped

Preparation

  1. Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, sauté green chili, onion and Custom Culinary® Szechuan Seasoning.
  2. Toss idlis into the above tempered mix.
