Ingredients

250 gm Par boiled Rice
20 ml Olive Oil  
1 no Beaten Egg
50 gm Shrimps ( Cleaned)
20 gm Custom Culinary® Szechuan Seasoning
20 gm Dice Bellpeppers
10 gm Butter
05 gm Spring Onions, Chopped

Preparation

  1. In a wok, heat oil and scramble the eggs, add shrimps, saute well. Add diced bellpeppers, mix well and add the prepared rice .
  2. Season with Custom Culinary® Szechuan Seasoning and toss well. 
  3. Finish with Butter and Chopped Spring Onions and Serve Hot.

Chef Tips

Replace the shrimp with Chicken to make Chicken Fried Rice, or add more Vegetables to make Veg Fried Rice and so on.
