  For Marination:
500 gm Chicken on Bone  
250 gm Curd
10 gm Ginger Garlic Paste
05 gm Sliced Green Chillies
15 gm Chopped Coriander
10 gm Chopped Mint
50 ml Oil
30 gm Ghee
30 gm Fried Onions
60 gm Custom Culinary® Hyderabadi Biryani Seasoning
  For Rice:
500 gm Basmati Rice (Washed and Soaked)
  Water(to boil rice)
05 gm Custom Culinary® Hyderabadi Biryani Seasoning
  For Garnish:
03 gm Chopped Coriander
03 gm Chopped Mint
05 gm Fried Onions
03 gm Custom Culinary® Hyderabadi Biryani Seasoning
15 gm Ghee(melted)
Few Strands Saffron
15 ml Warm Milk

Preparation

For Marination:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and rest for 30 minutes.
For Rice:
  1. Wash the rice well and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Add 5gms of Custom Culinary® Hyderabadi Biryani Seasoning in Boiling Water, Add the soaked rice and cook till it is 70 percent done. 
For Assembly:
  1. In a thick bottom vessel, add the marinated chicken and layer with freshly boiled rice.
  2. Garnish with Chopped Coriander, Mint, Fried Onions, saffron mixed with warm milk and 03 gms Custom Culinary® Hyderabadi Biryani Seasoning with Ghee.
  3. Cover and Cook over dum on high flame for 10 minutes and 25-30 minutes on low flame. Rest for 10 mins covered and then Serve.
