Indian Lamb Curry

200 gm Lamb curry cut
30 gm Fried Onions(crushed)  
50 gm Yoghurt
10 gm Ginger Garlic Paste
15 gm Custom Culinary® Arabic Kebab Seasoning
20 gm Ghee
02 no Bayleaf
03 no Green Cardamom
04 no Black Pepper
80 gm Custom Culinary® All Purpose Tomato Base

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine together Lamb, Yoghurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Ghee, Bayleaf, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper and Custom Culinary® Arabic Kebab Seasoning. Rest for 2-3 Hours.
  2. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan and transfer the marinated lamb.
  3. Add Custom Culinary® All Purpose Tomato Base and cook on a low flame until the mutton becomes tender. Add water to adjust the consistency.
  4. Add crushed Fried Onions and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve Hot.

Chef Tips

To reduce the cooking time, use a pressure cooker.
