200 gm Boiled Beetroot
20 gm Roasted Gram flour
12 gm Custom Culinary® Peri Peri Seasoning
03 gm Custom Culinary® Lemon Garlic Herb Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Add Beetroot in a mixer and make a paste.
  2. Transfer in a bowl and season with Custom Culinary® Peri Peri Seasoning.
  3. Add roasted gram flour and mix well to prepare a smooth miixture.
  4. Form in tikkis and grill on a hot pan.
  5. Sprinkle with Custom Culinary® Lemon Garlic Herb Seasoning and serve with a dip of your choice.
