Naga Chicken with Bamboo Shoot

Delicacy from northeastern part of India, flavored with super spicy Custom Culinary® Ghost Jolokia Marinade and cooked to perfection.

Amount Ingredients
200 gm Chicken cut in strips
100 gm Tomatoes chopped
60 ml Oil
50 gm Bamboo Shoots
20 gm Spring Onion greens diced
20 gm Cabbage shredded
05 gm Garlic Chopped
05 gm Ginger Chopped
20gm Custom Culinary® Ghost Jolokia Marinade 

Preparation

  1. Mix together 1/2 of the oil and Custom Culinary® Ghost Jolokia Marinade and marinate chicken strips in it for atleast 1 hour, keep aside in Chiller.
  2. Heat Oil in a pan add ginger and garlic, stir fry at medium heat for 15 to 20 seconds or till it turns golden in colour.
  3. Add cabbage and bamboo shoots and stir fry at medium heat till the cabbage becomes soft.
  4. Add chicken strips and stir cook at medium heat for 2 minutes or till the it gets seared from outside.
  5. Add tomatoes and and little water, stir to mix well and cook covered on medium heat untill chicken is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.

One can make this dish as little dry to be served as a starter and as gravy to be served with rice.
