Custom Culinary® Chef´s Own™ Premium Plant Mix - Seasoned Plant Based Alternative to Beef

Preparation

Mix 700g Custom Culinary® Chef´s Own™ Premium Plant Mix with 300g oil of choice (e.g. sunflower oil) & 1500ml cold water. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 mins before shaping. Cook and serve as required.

Pea protein concentrate, Oat fibre, Stabiliser (E461), Natural flavouring, Unmodified starch, Yeast extract (Yeast extract, Salt, Maltodextrin), Salt, Beetroot powder, Colour (E150a), Dehydrated onion, Spice (Black pepper, White pepper, Mace, Nutmeg), Sugar, Mushroom powder (Maltodextrin, Mushroom), Balsamic vinegar powder (Maltodextrin, Balsamic vinegar of Modena).

Package Info

• Store out of direct sunlight in a dry place in ambient conditions (5 - 30°C). 
• Once opened continue to store out of direct sunlight, in dry ambient conditions and use within best before date.
• Shelf Life (Unopened) Days: 365. 
• Shelf Life on Delivery Days: Minimum of 2/3rds shelf life remaining upon delivery.
