The easy to use 3 step process ensures proper batter adhesion and complete coating that won´t bubble or burst during frying. Reduced oil absorption and crumb loss during frying extends oil usage. Suitable for par-cook and cook- chill-reheat systems. 

Preparation

Apply 1 kg of product with 1 liter of cold water.

Rice Flour (86%), Modified starch (Maize), Salt, Raising agent (E450, E500), Maltodextrin, Spice extract (Black pepper)

  • Store out of direct sunlight in a dry place in ambient conditions (5 - 30°C).

  • Shelf Life (Unopened): 12 months
