Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Shiba Spicy Seafood Soup Base combines seafood flavor and secret spicy flavor for a strong spicy seafood taste. It is paired with Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Chicken Powder Seasoning to serve as a spicy soup that is fresh, spicy and hot.

400 g Water
100 g Milk
40 g Chef's Own® Shiba Spicy Seafood Soup Base
3 g Chef's Own® Chicken Powder Seasoning
optional Meat
optional Vegetables
sprinkle Green Onion
sprinkler Ginger

Preparation

  1. Prepare a proper amount of seasonal vegetables and meat (according to your preference).

  2. Put a proper amount of oil, green onion, ginger, and garlic into the pot and fry them until fragrance comes out. Then add 40g of  Chef's Own®Shiba Spicy Seafood Soup Base and stir-fry them again. Add 400g of water, 100g of milk and 3g of  Chef's Own®Chicken Powder Seasoning and boil them.

  3. Put the prepared ingredients into the boiled spicy soup and boil them again until the mixture tastes good.
