250g Large chicken drumsticks
100g French fries
1 slice Lettuce
3g Purple cabbage
10g Chef's Own®Hot & Spicy Marinade
25g Chef's Kitchen™ Sichuan Seasoning Sauce (Customized)
Sprinkle Salt
Sprinkle Black pepper
Half Lemon
Sprinkle Oil

Preparation

  1. Mix and stir 10g of   Chef's Own™ Hot & Spicy Marinade with 25g of water.

  2. Clean the drumsticks and then spread the mixture evenly over them. Marinate them for about 3 hours.

  3. Bake the drumsticks in the oven at 180°C and put them on a plate.

  4. Fry 100g of French fries at 180°C for about 4 minutes. Remove them and drain the oil. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper, mix them well and place them on a plate.

  5. Shred the lettuce and purple cabbage and mix them. Season them with a little lemon juice and olive oil. Serve them on a plate.

  6. Drizzle  Chef's Kitchen™ Sichuan Seasoning Sauce (Customized) on them and enjoy double spice.
