Marinated with Chef's Own®Jingchu Styled Marinade and fried on an iron plate, the squid is chewy and slightly sweet, with a spicy and fragrant aftertaste.
Marinate 500g of squid with 25g of Chef's Own®Jingchu Styled Marinade and 50g of water for 3 hours or more.
Heat the iron plate and pour in some oil. Sauté the onions, and then fry the marinated squid until the two sides are colored.
Sprinkle a proper amount of cumin and chili powder on the fried squid.
Serve it on a plate and sprinkle some coriander for adornment.
