Baked Eggplants with Sausages and Mustard

Master's Touch® Honey Mustard Dressing is a blend of mild, non-pungent, mellow mustard and linden honey with a sweet aftertaste. It is sweet but not greasy. Adding it to sausages and eggplants for baking enhances the overall flavor.

160g Eggplant
100g Sausages
10g Shallots
10g Diced garlic
10g Light soy sauce
100g Master's Touch® Honey Mustard Dressing

Preparation

  1. Cut the eggplant into halves and deep-fry them for later use.

  2. Slice and fry the sausages and then add  Master's Touch® Honey Mustard Dressing. Spread them on the eggplant.

  3. Put the eggplant in the oven and bake it at 180℃ for 3 minutes.

  4. Mixed shallots, diced garlic, and light soy sauce and add them to the eggplant. Bake it in the oven for 1 minute.
