Shrimp Bagel

500g Bagel bread
150g Black tiger shrimps
10g Cuttlefish juice
5 slices Arugula
100g Master's Touch® Creamy Mayo Dressing
3g Chef's Kitchen™ Salted Egg Yolk Sauce (Customized)
Sprinkle Olive oil
Sprinkle Black pepper
Sprinkle Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the bagel bread into two halves.

  2. Mix 100g of  Master's Touch® Creamy Mayo Dressing and 10g of cuttlefish juice to create black golden mayonnaise.

  3. Wash 5 slices of arugula, remove the roots, and add some salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  4. Wash 150g of black tiger shrimps and remove the guts. Add some olive oil.

  5. Spread the black golden mayonnaise evenly on the bottom of the bagel, and then add arugula and black tiger shrimps.

  6. Spread a layer of black golden mayonnaise on the black tiger shrimps. Then squeeze 3g of  Chef's Kitchen™ Salted Egg Yolk Sauce (Customized), and add the other slice of bagel bread.
