Jacky has an outgoing personality and often provides his own ideas and creativity for the preparation of dishes. He is good at cooking French cuisine and fusion dishes. After working as a sous chef at Jean George Shanghai (1 Michelin star) for about 7 years, Jacky was hired and worked at Disney 33Club, where he worked with his team to host the Chinese National Diving Team as well as some celebrity events.
