Alex has been engaged in culinary for more than 26 years and he is good at Cantonese cuisine, Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine and other Chinese cuisines. Alex has been single-mindedly working and devoting himself to cooking skills, to understanding customers' preferences, and to exploring new ingredients and new flavors match.  His goal is to spread classic Chinese cuisine culture to more diners!
